MICHAEL MESSER LIGHTNING
Guide Price £576
The Michael Messer Lightning is a brass bodied single cone single cone modeled after a classic guitar of the 1930s. The nickel plated brass, flat cut "f" holes and art 'deco sandblasted design relate directly to that era.
The history of the MM Blues and MM Lightning projects can be found on Michael's website - If you visit his forum you can ask questions about the MM guitars, slide playing and resophonic guitars in general.
The MM Lightning standard version is in 1930s style nickel plated brass with an art 'deco "lightning bolt" style sandblasted pattern - a small number of other finishes are sometimes available.
Michael has recorded a sound clip of the MM Lightning, which you can find here.
